The Importance of A Sharp Knife


I like thinly sliced cheese, meat, apples to name a few. In order to achieve this my knives have to be sharp. Over time knives will dull. The harder you are on them the more frequently you’ll want to sharpen them. I like using a ceramic rod for edge maintenance. It’s easy to do and takes a minute.
