Happy New Year!

2019 is going to be a lot of fun, packed with adventures and good eats. What’s not to love?

Last night I experimented with some appetizer recipes. I call it A Progression of Three.


I used marinated artichoke hearts in a jar instead of frozen.

I modified this one substituting puff pastry for the bread baking, and added fresh mozzarella. Also - it doesn’t need that much rosemary unless you really love it.

For this one I marinated the shrimp in the sauce instead of brushing it on and barbecued the skewers. The flavors of this dish were incredible.

All were paired with Champagne, of course. Cheers!
