From Freezer to Table in 15 Minutes

I was recently given an Instant Pot and have been learning how to use it. There’s a learning curve, especially for folks who are used to slow cooking. I over cooked asparagus and a pound of mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots). I’m learning that the time I think it should take is twice as long as what Instant Pot cooks at.

What I really like is I can have a cooked dinner, from freezer to table, in 15 minutes. I started the salmon in the pressure cooker and finished it in a skillet with olive oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar. The overcooked veggies were mixed with noodles. The flavor helped but next time I’ll be cooking them for 2 minutes instead of 5.
