Food on the go

Spring trade show season is over. It doesn't matter if I'm traveling for work or play; I'm always looking for good eats. These were some highlights.

Sushiology, Orlando FL - Fried soft shell crab, avocado, lettuce, mayo, masago, sesame. And, spicy mayo tuna, tempura bits, masago. Yes, I shared!

Maya Grill, Orlando FL - Blood Orange Margarita: Sweet-Tart mix of blood orange juice, Tequila and orange liqueur topped with wild berry foam and served on the rocks with a hibiscus Himalayan salt rim. Only good for one of these as it was slightly too sweet for me.

Cañonita, Las Vegas, NV - PÁTZCUARO DUCK RELLENO orange-canela duck confit, sweet and sour manchamantel sauce, crema, pico de Gallo.
